• Passed +2 (10+2) or equivalent
• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) OR B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution approved by Indian Nursing Council
• Valid Registration / Renewal Certificate with Odisha Nursing Council as on the date of application
