- Chief Manager – Investor Relations: Graduate in Economics/Commerce. Preferable: CA/MBA/EPGM.
- Manager – Trade Finance Operations: Graduation in any discipline. Preferred: Certificate in FOREX (IIBF).
- Manager – Forex Acquisition & Relationship: Graduation + MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing/Trade Finance) or certifications (CDCS/CITF).
- Senior Manager – Forex: Graduation + 2 years full-time MBA/PGDM (Sales/Marketing/Finance/Trade Finance).
Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)
- Chief Manager: 30 to 40 years
- Manager (Trade Finance): 24 to 34 years
- Manager (Forex): 26 to 36 years
- Senior Manager (Forex): 29 to 39 years
