- Candidate Full Time या Part Time PhD Scholar होना चाहिए
- PhD Jharkhand के किसी भी Higher Education Institute (HEI) से pursue हो रही हो
- PhD Entrance Exam Qualify किया हो — NET / JET / University Level Entrance / कोई भी Valid Exam
- किसी भी Subject में PhD करने वाले Apply कर सकते हैं
IP Rights, Social Sciences, Rural Development या Public Policy Domain वाले Candidates को Selection में Extra Marks मिलेंगे।

Selection 4 Stages में होगा:

Final Cumulative Score = (0.6 × Interview Score) + (0.4 × Shortlisting Score)
उदाहरण: Shortlisting = 80 Marks, Interview = 60 Marks Cumulative = (0.6 × 60) + (0.4 × 80) = 36 + 32 = 68 Marks

- Internship Teams को Online Training देना — Program Components Explain करना
- Web Portal Use करने में Teams की Help करना और Internship Reports तैयार करवाना

- JCSTI से Issues और Problems Coordinate करके Resolve करना
- Internship Completion पर Reports Review करना और Scores Assign करना
